First Day Cover
This first day cover, issued on 18 December 1970, features the image of a Boeing 737 in Air Madagascar livery by Jacques Derrey, commemorating the acquisition of the airline's first such aircraft in September 1969. It was franked in Tananarive (Antananarivo) and bears one stamp.
