A commemorative stamp depicting the United Nations emblem with a rice plant, representing food security and marking 50 years since the establishment of the United Nations. It was issued on 24 October 1995 and has a face value of 1,500 francs (300 ariary). The stamp is cancelled with a postmark that is possibly from Antananarivo.
