Postage Stamp
A commemorative stamp depicting the emblem of the United Nations surrounded by a cotton plant, marking 20 years since the establishment of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD / CNUCED), and issued on the occasion of a meeting on cotton and its derivatives. It was issued on 15 December 1984 and has a face value of 100 francs (20 ariary). The stamp is cancelled with a postmark that is from Tulear (Toliara), 1988.
