Postage Stamp
A commemorative stamp depicting the flags of Madagascar and the USSR above a handshake, celebrating the recent twinning of Yerevan (in present-day Armenia) with Antananarivo on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the USSR. It was issued on 29 December 1982 and has a face value of 150 francs (30 ariary). The stamp is cancelled with a postmark that is indistinct.
