Postage Stamp
A red and blue airmail stamp depicting detail from a stone carving at Borobudur – a ninth-century Mahayana Buddhist Temple in Magelang, Central Java, Indonesia – as part of a campaign to save that temple. It was issued on 12 August 1975 and has a face value of 50 francs. The stamp is cancelled with a postmark that is dated November 1975.
