Postage Stamp
A commemorative stamp depicting a stylised globe (centred on Africa and Europe) alongside symbols representing food, science and technology, marking a special meeting of the council of the CEE-EAMA (European Economic Community - Associates African States and the Malagasy) association in Antananarivo in April 1971. It was issued on 22 April 1971 and has a face value of 5 francs. The stamp is cancelled with a postmark that is from Majunga (Mahajanga), dated 31 August 1971.
