A red, green and black commemorative stamp depicting a woman and child carrying agricultural produce past a herd of zebu cattle, marking the five-year plan 1964-1968. It was issued on 15 July 1968 and has a face value of 20 francs. The stamp is cancelled with a postmark that is from Analakely, Tananarive (Antananarivo), dated 16 December 1968.
