An orange, blue and black commemorative stamp depicting the logo of Radio Nederland and the outline of Madagascar on a patterned background, marking 25 years of Madagascar's shortwave relay station of the Dutch World Broadcasting System. It was issued on 18 September 1997 and has a face value of 500 francs (100 ariary). The stamp is cancelled with a postmark that is probably from Analakely, Antananarivo.
